It's a Girl Thing

Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning time is here. Out with the old and time to shop for some new. Now that you have decided to stop hoarding all of those clothes that fit you years ago, it's time to fill that empty space with new clothes. What better excuse to go shopping then a sale. Get rid of what you don't need and save some money while buying your new wardrobe here at Vitae. We have spring dresses, tanks, tees, and much more that you will love. Take a break from your busy day and come find the more organized and better looking you. 

Pink Revolver and Little Red Riding Hood

     Yeah Halloween is right around the corner but that really was not on my mind when I thought of the concept for this photo shoot.

      I design the Pink Revolver line and for several fall/winter seasons I have been playing around with these flowing draped little numbers. Each becomes the equivalent of a potter with his clay pushing and pulling the material ultimately letting go control and molding the fabric in the direction it wants to go. Its fun! 

      I let the softer side of my designers eye come out in these pieces and though the story of Little Red Riding Hood was a perfect "story" to emulate. 

      Working with MG Photography was the perfect photo artist to bring on board to really capture what I was thinking to convey. And the Blomberg couple Joelle and Jake being always in love were the perfect couple to act out the story.

Summer, oh the sorrow of it's departure. Tiny summer dress's and strappy lil sandels tucked away in your closet until next year. Oh BUT do they really have to be?

We all know the wonders of leggings and tights and boots [oh my!] Now is the delightful time of year to bust those bad boys out and mix it up! Layering is not going to go away from our midwestern fashion expressions. I do believe it's a national phenomenon!
So ladies dont toss those little flowery frocks in the back of your closets just yet.

You might even want a new one that might be on sale at your locally owned boutiques!!!
Layer those lil numbers with some warmth and you can get another month atleast outta your summer wardrobe.
